The people who have to deal with these little shits in their communities are the people who can have the greatest effect. Deny service, avoid their parties and say why, make their lives more difficult and even embarrassing. Public shaming for being an asshole to others doesn’t require big showy actions online. Doesn’t require doxxing or anything like it. Just quiet and calm and consistent reaction. Free speech also has consequences and responsibilities attached to it, something wingnut babies aren’t taught before doing stupid shit.
