Paul McCartney married Linda Eastman, a successful photographer.

I believe the fans hated both women.

Linda Eastman was NOT a Beatles fan…very self centered and disruptive woman….that band had several more records in them at least….she was a huge distraction and drove a wedge between Lennon and McCartney that was not resolved until about a year before Lennon was killed….
