What’s sad is I was speaking with the folks back there this past weekend. A house two blocks over from us, in what had been a very nice & quiet part of town blew up.

Meth.

It’s everywhere. Freakin’ everywhere. My folk have gone back to the bad old days of paranoia - alarm system on doors & windows, motion sensor lights, upgraded dogs, shotgun in the kitchen, one revolver hung by a nail by each door. Freakin’ meth-heads are tearing the town and county to pieces, from what they tell me.

Scary stuff.

I have an acquaintance from HS who lives on that street!
