Dunn’s lawyer pulled the same stunt that Zimmerman’s did, turning down an SYG pre-trial hearing but playing the card at trial to get the self-defense instruction ready to the jury. Once that happened, all they had to hear was that the defendant felt “threatened” and anything that happened after that was purely in “self-defense.”

At this rate, I think a middle aged white guy might end up being the most threatening thing in Florida. They can get away with murder.
