Since Oklahoma is a right-to-work state and he is (guessing by title) an exempt employee, no he can’t sue for wrongful termination. He is screwed.

I hope he’s guilty. Because otherwise an innocent man was destroyed. But I fear for all the innocent men and women who are destroyed this way - because they got on the wrong side of someone who raised a stink.

What makes you think that the mother and the witness made this up about this man?
