What I don’t understand is why anyone would want a return to At Fault divorce. WTF.

If two people simply cannot be married any longer, isn’t it better for everyone involved to find the best, most equitable solution and go their separate ways? I have plenty of divorced friends with kids who have since remarried and they’re still friendly with their exes and work hard to co-parent their kids. They’re clearly a lot happier and folks are civil. Why would anyone want to go back to a time when you had to find fault?

Cuz God said so…or something. Forced birthers are also forced stay married forever, even if some guy is beating on you…make it work.
