Look, I can’t give you all the details in a simple post, but what I described is similar to plans the GOP have put forward. They don’t talk about it being a tax, but a limit to medicare payments (vouchers), based on income (the poor continue to get benefits paid, the rich top out).

You didn’t mention Vouchers in your suggestion Buck, and do you not realize why Vouchers would be a major change to the way Medicare works?
