Well…I know you’re being sarcastic, but—I’d say hanging out with a crook and mountebank like Trump while sidestepping his birther and racist statements is the better way.

That’s what I’m getting at, Romney’s spent the longest time accusing Obama of engaging in “dirty politics” while he’s run false ads, palled around with lying dipshits like Trump, and generally done everything possible to sling shit the Obama campaign without outright doing any of it.

It’s a might like his approach to Bain and the governorship: “If you can’t prove I had a personal hand in it, then you can’t blame me for it.”
