It does look like state level decriminalization is moving really fast these days. I still have some hope Obama will decriminalize pot on the federal level before he leaves office.

He can’t, Killgore. Marijuana was criminalized at the federal level by an act of Congress. Only Congress can undo that, and Congress is likely years away from doing such a thing.
