“If a service dog without a person approaches you, it means the person is down and in need of help,” the owner explained. “Don’t get scared, don’t get annoyed, follow the dog!

Dogs with certain tasks are trained to go for an adult if their owner goes down. Doesn’t help if the random adult doesn’t know that.
