About the only thing you’re going to see when he “reopens” America is a patchwork quilt of governments and businesses going along, while the rest choose to either follow the CDC or just outright flip him the bird on the national stage.

A lot of states will reopen schools and government offices. And a lot of people are going to be desperate just to earn enough to keep food on the table and will just have to go along whether they want to or not.
