Because it’s fucking disaster. The same as we didn’t do air quality studies before sending rescuers into the WTC area to look for survivors.

Well - I don’t think we clean up the disaster by doing something that will add to it, leaving oil in the water.

The oil will get cleaned up. There are more than 6500 vessels out there right now getting things done.
