My new prediction: The shutdown collapses and tRump gets to make his SOTU address. Since his dementia is obviously getting worse by the day, he completely blows a gasket and starts gibbering like a monkey in front of both Houses of Congress on every network.

Of course the MAGAts will say he’s speaking in tongues, and that proves he’s the Second Coming, or some shit….
