I know it’s a mere fantasy, but I’d love nothing more than to be a fly on the wall if McConnell went up to White House and told Trump, “Mr. President, it’s time for you to go.”

It’ll never happen…..but a fella can dream. And if you’re gonna dream, dream big.

My concern: Trump abandons his run for 2020 and the American public forgive the GOP for all their prior bad actions and are willing to vote for some much younger GOP candidate for president, like Ted Cruz. Lyin’ Ted could be a very successful debater. Too many Americans would forget the GOP role in creating Trump, and most of the GOP base will continue to vote to preserve their majority on the SC. The Lincoln Project would no longer be interested in promoting Biden since they would have a perfectly acceptable candidate that represents their domestic policy.
