Yes, actually! It smells a little funky, but it tastes good. I made some curried cauliflower (minus the beans) and curried quinoa (minus the raisins).
I think I’m going to try for some fried-rice style quinoa next with some stir-fired beef or chicken & broccolini. This is the first time I’m trying broccolini too (I like broccoli).
I think it also works very well with fish. Grilled Mahi on a bed of quinoa and collards is one of my favorites. I think you;re on the right track, it also holds up to a lot of bold flavors in curries, chilli. You can also treat it like Pilaf or cous cous. It’s really very versatile.
