Ah good old GoT… If there is an attractive woman in the scene, good chance her boobs are coming out. If here are 4 or more male characters, good chance one of them will kill another of the group. (at least)

I do have to admit, having not read the books, I’ve learned to take pretty much nothing for granted in that show.
