Yeah I remember Rush getting furious at Ken Mehlman when Mehlman was RNC head when Mehlman in one of his rare decent moments actually tried to admit that the Southern Strategy had been wrong. Boehner is someone who seems to enjoy being the puppet of a bunch of bigoted dicks.

Boehner seems to be enamored with the job title, not the job. He does what ever he can to hold the title. I’d be real surprised if he ever gets anything done in the job.

He will go down as one of the worst House Leaders of all time. He will have earned it.
