Agree. But we should be prepared to have any (still less all) of these proposed laws declared DOA upon presentation in the Senate. Republicans know that statutory checks on their ability to manipulate elections to their advantage will be the death-knell for their Party in a lot of the country. I’d be surprised if McConnell would even let any of these acts even get into Committee.
