All roads seem to lead back to Ron Paul.

Well, Ron Paul was mentored by Larry McDonald, head of the JBS, who of course was mentored by Jack Welch.

Welch founded the JBS in at the end of 1958. Coincidentally (?) that is the period in which Rushdoony was writing his first book, which he published the following year in 1959.

I’ve not researched if there any connections between Rushdoony and Welch, but many of the paths to idiocy which the modern American right-wing are following seem to have passed through those two people.
