The Taliban are genocidal monsters. The crowning example of this is Mazar-i-Sharif in 1998, where, after they captured the town, they slaughtered 10,000+. Not to mention their extermination policy against the Hazara.

I believe there is simply no room for mercy in regards to the Taliban. They are probably the most evil thing we have faced since the Nazis. I admit to having a hard time admitting the Taliban are human.
