Facts are a tough thing to overcome. Though I’m sure Hoft and Chuck are up to the task of coming up with some new outlandish theory - that he wasn’t actively being investigated, there was an inactive investigation - or much more directly, that they’re covering up for Brown.

Which again makes no sense since there’s nothing to cover up.

Brown was unarmed at the time of the shooting. The person whose actions we ought to know about isn’t talking (for fear of incriminating himself), but the FPD and county police are doing their best to thwart the public’s knowledge of what Wilson did, including how and when he unholstered his weapon and began firing on Brown.

They’ve thwarted the public’s knowledge by issuing half-assed reports, sitting on the name of the officer involved, and otherwise ignoring proper procedures.
