Kavanaugh has decided they don’t, that much is clear. He would leave it up to the states to decide if they can get a legal abortion or not.

He and the rest of the GOP have decided that they’ll leave it up to the rich to decide if they want to get abortions, and everyone else will have to scramble to figure out how at a far greater cost.
