There is a legal definition of rape —that which can be adjudicated.

Then there is what cannot be adjudicated. What is the difference? Well, I guess that depends on the individual man and what he is willing to see in the mirror.

Anytime you put your sexual/power needs ahead of the woman’s wants/needs—anytime you see a woman as a thing instead of a person—anytime you cajole and pester and work to wear down your partner because you want sexual gratification —you are committing rape.
