OAK GROVE, Mo. —A dummy constructed to look like President Obama was found hanging from an overpass on Interstate 70 near Oak Grove, Mo., early Monday morning.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office said someone put a President Obama mask on the dummy and left it hanging over the westbound side of Interstate 70.
