Even civil rights attorneys have to dig into precedents etc. and make arguments before multiple courts often enough. Even THEY donβt always know on the fly (no pun intended) whether a specific action is constitutional or not until they can research. There is no way in hell the rest of us - or those people on the plane - could know for sure and the costs could be high for taking what could be a futile stand.
That may be.
That said, I am willing to make the attempt.
