I have gotten blackout drunk more than a few times… Only once have I gotten physically ill while drunk. That was the bottom of a bottle of 151 and a serious episode of depression that I really should have handled better.

I’m such a lightweight. I had a couple of mixed drinks one night in undergrad, and spent the rest of the night puking up everything I’d ever eaten in my entire life, with serious attempts at including my shoes in the process.

That was unpleasant enough that I was an absolute teetotaler for the rest of college and grad school, and a glass or two of wine is still my hard limit.
