Oh sure. The GOP could do a lot to try and appeal to Latinos. Problem is, they have to also appeal to the same knuckle dragging INVADING BROWN HORDE! DISEASED MONGRELS! SHOOT OR DEPORT THEM ALL! Tea Party base. The GOP are never going to gain among Latinos as long as they have to whore themselves out to the racists to win.
