Seared rack of lamb with Garlic and Sea salt on the grill now — the way to do it right is ten to fifteen minutes per side until a couple inches of the bone have charred completely black.

I’ve got a very nice Cab to go with that…

Rack of lamb is one of my faves, and for something that sounds so fancy, it’s one of the easiest and fastest things to make!
