Violations of the law… Overcharged some fees. Fees most gun control fans want raised way up anyway. Chuck Michel (disclosure-my attorney on one case where i wanted my CCW) is exactly right, LA City ran the shops out of business and proudly so. Strip club that serves beer? No problem. Gun shop with all the proper licenses? Run for your life. Unfreaking fair and deliberately so. Fan of equal protection under the law? Not if you favor that sort of thing.
