The Orlando PD in this case seem to have no interest in closely examining Zimmerman’s claim of self-defense, despite the fact that it’s their job to do exactly that. Maybe there’s no racism involved, but if it walks like a duck…

Virtually any other racial/ethnic permutation of shooter and victim would probably get dealt with differently by the OPD. Shame on them. I guess in some places, it’s still 1964.
