Famars did something similar and still sells it, the Rombo. It’s pure novelty and costs a fortune, something bored rich people collect simply because they can.

With all that engraving, that could never be used as anything but a target shooter. You’d mess it up with anything else. It’s more a display piece than a practical firearm.
