Apparently, that’s how they think it works in Kentucky and West Virginia. The farther it travels the purer it gets…magically dissolved!

Allegedly water in the Mississippi has been used 11 times before it gets to the gulf. And even if it weren’t, what do people think all those fish and waterfowl are using for their elimination? Portapotties?
