One of our local breakfast/lunch restaurants is owned by a Chef from Greece. He serves an international faire, mostly what American’s expect. All fresh ingredients, and always excellent.

His cousin from Athens is visiting (on vacation). He is also a Chef.

He has put his cousin to work and called it Greek Week.

My tummy is very, very happy.
