Took them two weeks to realize the war wasn’t gonna end overnight and public sentiment was gonna kick them in the ass, then another two months to figure out that the war’s not gonna end before the costs of maintaining empty stores was gonna start eating into their profits.

Yeah, but still, it’s the end of an era.

Seems like it’s a tacit admission that Russia is (or is becoming) a failed state. No point in operating there anymore. If I were in the US State Department, that’s the message I’d be putting out there.
