That shot is weird. He’s next to a wall with a jacket over him. Seems to me in the above pic, he has another wound on his chest with the blood coagulated. Which picture came first?

It also looks like his shirt was torn at the bottom. His clothing got torn, probably his pants, too, from the scuffle.

It’s not a jacket. Not sure what it’s called in english but it’s like a vest for equipment.
