I think his behavior was inappropriate. Don’t know if it rises to actual harassment.

Also, some of these accusers are anonymous, so it is hard to say if some of this is not just piling on.

It’s a good thing there are no Republican ratfuckers going about in fancy costumes to bring false charges against Democrats.
