A day after the Muslim women held a press conference in SanTana announcing their legal action, the restaurant chain fired back, calling it “fraudulent.” Urth Caffé plans to countersue by retaining the services of David Yerushalmi of the American Freedom Law Center. Only problem? Yerushalmi is anti-Muslim as hell!

This asshole says Farsakh is an “activist for Palestinan [sic] causes,” (I have no idea why that should matter in the least) and then he refers to her “and her co-conspirators for tresspass [sic].” Are you effing kidding me? Co-conspirators? Trespass?? They met friends there for pizza, pie and coffee according to the LA Times story. They weren’t disrupting business, bothering anyone, or otherwise misbehaving in any way.
