What per cent of your DNA do you think you share with Neanderthals?

What per cent of Phil Gingrey’s DNA do you think he shares with Neanderthals? What about Todd Akin?

Considering I share 98% of my DNA with chimps, (depending on how you are comparing) I think we share a shitload more than 4% with neanderthals. Even Akin.

I think Akin’s problems come from ideological brain damage.
