So, what exactly happened at the conference the Most Crooked Sheriff in the West had? I was in class.

Basically, one long replay of every “discovery” we’ve heard up to date, followed by Sheriff Joe telling a bunch of reporters who sounded like they were barely holding back laughter why they should give any more of a damn about this than any other birther. Also, he’s calling Obama’s presidency illegitimate, but not accusing him of anything. And repeatedly stressed that none of the county’s money was spent on this witch hunt.
