not to argue with the boss, but there certainly are times to dispute the federal government’s actions, within the rules of civilized society of course, just as there are many times not to. i’m not sure the report made that distinction.

They had every right to petition their government via demonstrations.
These Tea Party people are not a bunch of fanatics because they are peacefuly protesting. If they criticize Obama, so what? He is a President ,not a Monarch by Divine Rule.
