If the catholic church didn’t want to offer the same benefits as every other business in their field, they should get out of that field.

Don’t open up hospitals if you care more about “being moral” than saving lives.

Don’t open up a school if you care more about “being moral’ than seeing that your students get what they need to attend classes and be physically healthy.

It is inaccurate to consider a Catholic organization - a religious organization - to be just like any other business. But, your point to getting out of their fields if they don’t like the mandate - they might just decide to do that - close schools, hospitals, charity organizations.
