Yup. Democratic voters seem to have this problem in voting in elections that don’t involve the Presidency.

As he noted, every election matters. But not just elections, every town council meeting. Every school board meeting. Conservatives make a point showing up for them (I see it in my own village board - as I noted, I don’t know who the other six people here are that voted for Hillary Clinton or the two for Jill Stein - they never seem to turn up for village board meetings).
