Like yeah, I sometimes post before I think. A lot of people do that in face to face communication. I take my time thinking more in face to face because I’m more shy and introverted but online I can let out. I just don’t know why you have to school me over a fairly innocent observation. And yeah maybe it was ignorant to think that he would have good memories after what happened with the Feds that day but he still interacted with a lot more American civilians than the average Cuban of his age will have which I just wondered about his perspective now as a 25 year old man.

He says he’s happy to have grown up in Cuba, where he feels like he was allowed a childhood and privacy he would not have gotten in America, where he would have been used by anti-Cuba propagandists and subject to repeated interviews and not been allowed to be himself.
