We’re only as safe as the least secure facilities… so despite upgraded security in some European cities, airport security remains a joke - as does homeland security in general…

And the Republicans are screaming that full body scans for everyone is an invasion of privacy while the left is saying it is the only thing we can do and both are missing the point. Technology will not stop these guys. We need to profile (based on a host of factors) and get our intelligence together ASAP. Reliance on technology and process will only result in failure.
