You all realize that Fox got popular because they filled the giant void in the media for any right-leaning news and perspective…right?

They wouldn’t have been so received if the media was truly balanced like everyone claims it is.

Change that to far-right and I’ll buy it.

No advertising supported news media can take an anti-corporatist news bias because they wouldn’t get any advertisers. That makes true left news reporting impossible outside NPR and PBS and they feel the need to moderate themselves. There’s Bill Moyers and that’s about it.
