It’s making a 911 call indicating a situation where police have to come in heavily armed (sending in the SWAT team) - as in a claimed hostage incident, etc.

It diverts resources and costs significant amount of time and money for the law enforcement agencies.

There are heavy fines and penalties for making false claims in calls, but apparently not strong enough. The people who do this are often sophisticated in using telcom procedures to mask their identities or source of the call.

They’re doing this on twitter? Or did someone actually get a real SWAT team to raid his mom’s apartment?

I assume everything these guys talk about falls into the Walter Mitty category of credibility.
