We’re not going to agree on this one, simply because we’re beginning from different places. TW, you’re not going to convince we and you are highly unlikely to convince RWC that the gun shop is the party at fault. There’s no conclusive evidence and both of us are quite skeptical of the ATF.

For our part, RWC, we’re not at all likely to bring TW around, because we don’t have anything definitive and he prefers to defend the ATF and fault the gun shop.

It’s cheap and lame to say, but both sides believe what they believe, and nothing short of definitive proof (which will not happen in this case) will resolve the disagreement.

May I suggest we get back to the tactical issues of the North Hollywood shootout, in view of how they are relevant to police weapons? For my part, I apologize for having gone off on a tangent in my #427.
