I drove around the city for an hour or so and landed in the Harbor for the afternoon…just a tourist, buts it’s amazing how old a rundown many neighborhoods are…I’m not dissin Balti…that’s all I know of it and I loved the waterfront

Before (I Believe) the mid/late 70’s, inner harbor was just as bad as those neighborhoods.

You can find much better restaurants/bars/etc. in places outside the harbor. I usually go to Inner Harbor about once a year, when my band has an outdoor gig there.
