Good morning lizards.

We’re back home and they only partially opened her up.

She was on antibiotics all night, but no pain meds the bastards. They pulled the staples and cut open the main incision to drain it, then packed it with antibiotic laced gauze. We have to take her to the clinic every day to have the gauze changed.

She says the pain went from a 6 to a 3 after the incision was drained. Now to see if we can get it to less than 1.

The surgeon told her that what she is going through is very unusual. That doesn’t help.

For the first time in a week I’ve had a full night of sleep knowing she was in good hands at the hospital.

No pain killers??? Must be a medical reason.. But that sucks horribly.
