I still fail to see how tarring Sanders as a stochastic terrorist helps anyone other than Republicans.

‘Stochastic terrorist’ is not the kind of accusation to apply to someone just because they piss you off. Real evidence is needed. What has Sanders ever done that is remotely comparable to O’Reilly’s “Tiller the baby-killer” agitprop in term of severity and specificity?

If the term “stochastic terrorism” is to mean anything, then it must be applied consistently.
